And the saga continues..... Now you want to replace the drain pipe?!

You already replaced the v-belt. 2nd Service Call apparently reset something. And now the 3rd Service Call.

How long do you plan to continue with Service Calls at MY inconvenience before you finally decide to replace this *******/ faulty unit???!!

I'm also in the service industry with warrantees and the likes......and after the 1st attempt not succeeding, we REPLACE the product. Not keep on trying to fix this and maybe it is that. And subsequently irritating the customer and infuriating him even further.
