NOsense HiSense Despicable (Rather) NO customer service

On the 4th of July, my husband purchased a HiSense dishwashing machine from Takealot. After two weeks the machine was broken, and I have been battling through a myriad of phone calls and false promises of the machine being picked up. Despite hundreds of phone calls, the machine is not picked up and thus, I cannot receive a credit note for Takealot to process my refund. Takelot: please remove ALL HISENSE products from your site as they are going to put you in a bad light too. Can HISENSE please get their act together?????
