Non response Hisense and Makro

<p>I bought a Hisense washing machine and within 2 years it went dead while under warranty. The paint of the machine also washes off with a damp cloth! I reported this to Makro in PE as well as Hisense in Cape Town, both telephonically and a number of e-mails. I am yet to get any response or a reference number out of either Makro or Hisense. All I want is for somebody to look at the machine and then give my money back - I do not wish to own a Hisense ever again. But a simple telephone call or e-mail response from anybody would be nice.</p>
