Non delivery of prepaid part

Non delivery of a part that I ordered over a month ago. I had to pay upfront as well having to pay for courier charges as you cannot collect .Written several e-mails and numerous phone call only to be told they will escalate the order,needless to say they haven’t nor have they responded to my queries.Their customer service is non existent,think twice before you purchase a Hisense .product.
