noisy Hisense washing machine

I bought a Hisense 10kg washing machine July last year and by December it was already giving me problems by making an irritating high pitch sound. So i laid a complaint and they sent me some rude Hisense technician from Polokwane to Tzaneen to fix the issue. He told me he the a technician and I'm not so I dnt know what I'm talking about and was after showing him the video I took of the machine making a sound. He later said I should give a machine a break coz it's not meant to run a laundrymet n mind you, it's two adults and two kids in the house and I use the machine two times a week(one load each). He then said the machine is not meant to be in the kitchen and continued by laughing at me and said I should stop wasting his time since he has to go to Phalaborwa so he left without fixing anything and the machine is still giving me problems and when it's on I have to bgo to the bedroom until it's done since I can't stand the sound.
