No Spares for appliance

I bought a Hisense dishwasher approximately 2.5 years ago. In this time the bottom basket has rusted beyond belief. I have contacted numerous appliance spares companies all of whom have advised that the baskets for my model dishwasher are not available in the country. I therefore contacted Hisense to find out how I can get a new basket for my dishwasher. This was in February 2024. They have not bothered to respond (other than with a reference number). How can you sell appliances if you do not have spares available?
