No service from Ruben @ Hisense repair center.

Worse service from Ruben at the cape town service center he promises a call back never does. I have to call daily to try and get a answer. When Clifford answers he lies and says Ruben is not available. I dropped off my Tv on the 1st only for it to be booked in the 4th of March only because i went all the way back to the store. I will never purchase a hisense product ever again thanks to the lack of service and decency shown by Ruben and The hisense call center.
