No service from Hisense Spares Department

Absolute shocking service from Hisense spares department. I sent an enquiry more than a month ago.

Called customer service - who always advise that there is nou answer in the spares department.

I’ve also sent numerous follow up emails. NO reply, NO feedback, NOTHING.

I am so disappointed.
