No service from Hisense. Beware of this brand

I bought a Hisense dishwaser machine at Hirsch in June 2020. I phoned them and told them that the machine made a strange noise. It does'nt wash my dishes clean. There are still dirty glasses and plates and my racks started to rust. In October 2021 I spoke to a sales person at Hirch, he said he is going to send a technician that knows the mashines. The technician was here..he said the machine sounds normal. And he will get new racks. The machine was still under guarantee/warranty. Till today i didnt received any racks..it got more rusted and some parts are broken because of the rust. In 2022 in Jan and August Ive send a message. In May 2024 ive also send messages. The technician responded and wanted the serial number.. i send it back and till now no one got back to me. The service i recieved is very very poor. At this stage i feel like telling everyone what bad service i got from you. And they must consider buying another brand and not Hisense. Is this the way you treat customers buying your products?
