No Service

These guys are quick to sell you their products. When you need repairs they send you to their Accredited service agent, which is fair enough. BUT when the agent provides poor service and parts, Hisense are not intereasted in helping. Service stopped when yu brough your product. Call centre staff at Hisense Customer Service are rude, no telephone etiquette and have no clue on how to deal with service. Bottom line is customers problem.
