No service at all

I won a Hisense TV about a 11May 2022 last year seems like my TV did a software update about 2weeks ago ever since the update my TV switches off while watching YouTube or connecting my phone to the tv.I been struggling to get Hisense SA to sorted it they send me the link to download the Software again but still the issue is continuing just because I don't have a receipt they not willing to assist me with my TV yet the Proof that I won the TV isn't good enough before they evens send me the TV I was told without my TV license they can't give me the TV not now they not willing to come out to fix my TV
