No Response/ TV still dead!!!

<p>I bought a Hisense tv on takealot.com (ex- Kalahari.com) less than a year ago, and the tv has been working fine till Friday morning when I turned it on it just merely showed the Hisense blue start up screen then went blank. You could hear the audio but no picture. I called Hisense Call Centre and I was advised to log a service request on Friday. I did log the service, and provided all relevant info. I called today to check on the status and the call centre agent said she does not know when I will be assisted, maybe tomorrow? I am without a tv since Friday to date. These people arenot bothered. This is thee worst service ever and my tv is still under warranty??? I do not know if I should have just bought that Samsung tv instead. This is utterly unacceptable bad customer service or lack thereof! </p>
