No response on faulty hisense tv

I took my TV back to Makro in April because it just stopped working. They told me that Hisense will come to my home to sort it out and i must take it back. Since that i received repair numbers that was been cancelled. 30/04/2019. R. N. ********** 06 and then on 09/05/2019. R. N. ********** 10 that was cancelled on 27/05/2019. R. N. ********** 12 04/062019. This morning i received a message from them that the repair is Completed. Nothing is been done on this tv and They didn't show up even to check the tv. They don't respond to my emails.
