no help from hisense

good day on the 25/06/2020 i send a service repair request to hisense i was assisted by Sbusiso Mduli he send out a technician i explain to them what is the problem with my TV they checked and said to me they can't see any fault the problem is with showmax and than they left . The week of the 24/07/2020 the tv didn't want to go on i send a new service repair request , Karabo Sanyane respond asking me for the document that i have send i respond that i have send it Saterday evening around 21:00 he sid that he still didnt received the document , On Monday i called in a lady by the Name of Lillain answer the call i give her my email and she picked up my mail with the document she then crate a job and maoil me the number *** i Technician was send out again he advise that the board needs to be replace and that he will order it that was on the 28/07/2020 from then no update from anyone , today i called in i spoke to a lady by the name of Nastasia she checked for me and advise me there is no parts for the tv and she will get management to call me , i called the technician he siad that there is no parts and that the request for credit wasnt approved they siad that the parts will come i asked him when will te part come he siad that he doesnt know , i am sitting without a tv for 2 week now , Hisense doesnt come back to me i must call them for aupdate , please assist this TV is not even a years old
