No Good Service Very Bad

I bought a Hisence fridge from Makro Silverlakes and the fridge has been giving me problems. Makro than gave me contact details and refrence number to contact Hisence and ever since i have contacted them no one came out to look at the fridge all they do is send me messages saying that they wil send out someone still no one and it has been 7 months already 😡😡😡
