No feedback received

<p>I bought a Hisense phone at Foschini Church Street Pretoria at the end of September. Was only able to use the phone for one month, thereafter started having screen problems with the phone. I took the phone back to Foschini on the 03/11/2016 and to date i have not received my phone back or feedback. Been calling Foschini for a month and being transferred from one person to the other with no resolution. I even mailed Hisense as there was no contact telephone number for them on the documents i received however i only received 1 mail from Hisense asking me about referrence numbers which I then sent and to date no feedback. I don't know what to do anymore. Lodged a complaint with Foschini last night and till now, no final feedback</p>
