No Customer Support AT ALL!!!

After many attempts to contact them and asking to contact me with regards to my TV that is still under warranty and no parts from the 9th of April, I have posted on their Facebook page and they removed the post and said that the team will get back to me and still now response and still now TV, NO communication what so ever!! What can I as a customer do for them to just help me?????
