No customer service in SA anymore.

Baught a Hisense 18kg iBibble top loader washing machine from BRADLOWS Parys, what a mistake, the machine is a year old and the door broke, I have send emails to Hisense I have to pay for parts, what even? The Bradlows Parys manager helped me sending emails to whoever and was polite and that's all.. Till today a month after the year old horrible Hisense machine I struggle with the doors and and. I paid R9350 for this peace of big *******.. I will never ever buy a Hisense product or anything from a Bradlows store.. And it was a ON THE FLOOR machine. The told me after paying the had no stock!!!!
