No Customer Service from Hisense

I am struggling with Hisense just to get my washingmachine fixed and machine not even a year old. They just don't care and its been 3 weeks now and still not getting closer and now I have no more clean clothes. I will not recommend anyone to buy Hisense as well!!!!!!
