No customer care whatsoever from Hisense

There should be a "no-star" rating because businesses like Hisense deserve it. The Hisense fridge I bought from Makro has had the same issue 3 times already in a space of 1.5 years. They come in to fix it, after being followed around a million times and then it breaks again. It's the lack of customer care and a very bad product quality more than anything. Will not be buying this product ever again! Food in the fridge is rotting while I wait for them to decide if they want to come out or not.
