No after sales service

We bought a hisense tv from takealot. 2 weeks later the tv feeezes while streaming in 10 to 15 mbps. We contacted Hisense for them to repair. Technition came to pick it up and was returned 2 weeks later. Tv is still not repaired. We contacted Hisense and asked for our money back but was recieved with laughter from Hisense consultant. We have had no feed back since.
