New washing machine and no spare parts and no ETA

I am utterly appalled at HIsense South Africa. I bought a 9kg washing machine from them less than 8 months ago. The remote sensor on the door has broken and I am unable to order spare parts. Not only that, but the factory has no spare parts that they have an ETA on. What kind of despicable service is this
