NEW PHONES CRACKED SCREEN NOT UNDER WARRANTY

<p>I am so dissappointed. You would think a brand spanking new phone under 24 month warranty would have atleast one screen replacement. To top it all off the spares department cannot even respond to my emails requesting a quotation. My advise to others, do not purchase Hisense, it is a load of crud. </p>
