New Hisense fridge and new washing mashine

After christmas our fridge broke they refused to replace it instead they said to send someone to fix it we lost all our food and waited 15days for a repair man that coudnt even garantee if it brakes again... now a few weeks later our washingmasjine makes loud noises and then just broke , well i garantee they wont replace so when will i even get it fixed .. maybeee in 20days??!I DONT RECOMENT IT TO ANYONE TO BUY HISENSE!!
