New fridge not working

So i wrote a review(complaint) about a hisense fridge. They called to arrange a day for tgeir technician to come check the fridge. The technician came, told me i should turn up the fridge to level 7 then when it makes ice to my desired level, i can then reduce it to 4 or 5. I did that and there were some ice when i turned it back to a 5 all the ice melted . Apart from the fridge melting, the fridge is just not performing well on the top side (not the freezer side) i even took a pic of the fridge when it's on 5 showing no ice.

Mind you this is a second fridge with the same problem. So i believe hisense knows about this problem on their fridges. And for that, (i know my service won't make much of a difference) but they won't be seeing me ever again, including everyone i know that is closer to me. I NEED VALUE FOR MY HARD EARNED MONEY.
