Never purchase a Hisense

My brand new hisense smart tv wouldn't connect to my home Wifi. After numerous attempts to ask for help ad terrible service a technician emailed me a software update for my tv. The updated damaged my new TV. It went on for hours and then caused the tv screen to go blank. The tv now does not switch on and when i phoned in to inform the technician of the issue clearly caused by the software update, she insists its the tv and says I have to pay for a technician to come in and solve a problem caused by a Hisense technician in the first place. Pathetic!!! Will never purchase this brand again and would advice against it . Poor quality and terrible service
