Never buy unknown brands

I bought a new cellphone last year November on [URL Removed] Hisense MAXE X1 for R4800. Unfortunately, the screen cracked this year and obviously the warranty does not cover screens. I contacted hisense since this is a new model and no one else has that screen. Now Hisense tells me it does not have the screen in stock and wants to cell me the same damn thing (a demo by the way ) for the the price of R3591, with a 2 month warranty only. <br> <br> Who in their right mind would buy something again that they know will not get fixed if broken again. They are the supplier should they not find a way to fix the cellphone. I was willing to pay for the screen not a demo for almost the same price of the original phone.<br> <br> Why make a phone that they cannot fix. I still cannot believe that they are the supplier and cannot help me. <br>
