NEVER BUY HISENSE PATHETIC SERVICE

About a month back I had a problem with my 6kg Washing machine that I purchased from game . It took more than a week for them to get a technician to come out and a further 3 days to send me a new machine due to the PC board being burnt now the new machine is not coming on again after asking game for my money back they refused and said a technician needs to come out after my last experience and the amount of lies told by the technician that he was at my place where he wasn't he sent somebody else and I even have a voice recording of their call in my presence . I want my money back that's it , the quality of hisense products is ******* and their customer service is **** they don't answer and pass the blame on to different people . I spoke to a lady by the name saith at repairs due the call not transferring to service it is pathetic that I can't get service from hisense but they forget to tell you all the waiting times when they sell you products . I will never buy another hisense product or even recommend a hisense product to anybody in my lifetime on this earth
