NEVER BUY A HISENSE - POOR QUALITY & SERVICE
I bought a very beautiful brand new washing machine at Hisense Hirsch's in fourways May 2020,the machine stopped working end of January 2021 and i logged a ticket with the store on the 4TH of Feb and i still didn't get anyone to come and look at the machine until today when i am writing this review on the 18th of January due to so much frustration of poor customer service and lost of faith on the Hisense Brand. There's no form of communication and i have had towels and clothes inside the washing machime that's now smelliing in the house because the machine is locked. I will never buy any hisense device or even recommend anyone for that matter to purchase anything written Hisense on it. I am hoping they give me credit and i can purchase a different brand of a washing machine.

Unfortunately i require this unit to be replaced emmediately , or offer me credit to the same shop at Hirsch's in fourways and i can purchase a very reputable brand of a washing machine, i would rather spend double the amount to purchase a washing machine that is going to last years compared to units that require parts replacements withing a year. This is absolutely ridiculous and totally unacceptable. What type of service is this ?
