My new freezer was delivered with 2 feet missing from the base

My new freezer was delivered with 2 feet missing from the base. I have been trying for the last month to get those feet. The call centre says that they will be delivered free of charge but the spares staff dont react to any requests from the call centre. It's ridiculous that a) a brand new freezer is missing parts and b) that the company can't resolve this issue. We have patiently waited for weeks now for this to be resolved and nothing is happening.
