My Hisense U970 Display Screen Broken

Hello Hisense, <br> Please I need help. I bought a Hisense U970 phone whilst I was in Egypt on May 28, 2014, but its LCD Display Screen has broken for almost a year, and I could not access the phone menu or use it. There is no internal problem, only the display screen broke. <br> <br> I am presently in Surabaya- Indonesia, and I have visited the Hisense service centers here but they could not get it repair part. I would appreciate if advice is given on how to repair it, or any alternative.
