My Hisense E32 pro wont charge

My phone wont charge. I have bought a hisense E32 Pro on the 08 of July 2023. Exactly a month and a couple of days ago, ever since I bought I went back to the store about 4 times already, complianing that E32 pro does not charge. my phone was booked in about 2 weeks, but as I am typing this message my E32 pro is dead.
