My 10k is going down the drain for a Hisense TV that I never watched

I bought a hisense tv from Dione wired 6 weeks ago. They just checked for physical damage and to make sure that all accessories were there. As soon as we got home and switched on the tv, we found out that the tv faulty, it was displaying blurred lines. We returned the tv set to the store to make a claim from hisense. Hisense does not want to pass the credit and I am standing to loose 10K for a good that I never used even for a single minute.
