Hisense its Nonsense. I bought a fridge in 2019, it was building an ice on top. I reported the matter to the store, they referred me to hisense. They've been sending their technicians ever since, they've been changing the thermostat but the ice its still there. I reported the matter again they still send their technicians to come and change thermostat. I told their technicians not to change the thermostat but to change the fridge. I even wrote an email to hisense telling them that Im not enjoying my fridge and their service. They ignored me ,all they are waiting for its for the warranty to be over just like they did with the guarantee. I wont recommend anyone to use the brand Hisense because its nonsense and the dont even care about their clients. I still have a their fridge with an ice on top, they are doing nothing.All they want its for the guarantee and warrantee to be over so that they can milk me money for repairs. Poor service Hisense, poor service
