We bought a chest freezer December 2021 so it just stopped working then we called hisense as this is still under warranty because it has 4 year warranty we sent everything that was needed through to them today we call to follow up this woman says chest freezers only have 12 month warranty how is all the people we've been dealing with giving us information saying we within warranty period now this lady say it's not this is ridiculous service
