Month 2 and I’m still waiting on feed back on my tv

Hisense I have to words I’m very much disappointed ...

It’s been all most 2 months since my tv has been sent in for repair under warranty and I keep on following up but nothing I only get information on they will get back to me but no luck ...

After a month my tv was returned just to get it back and nothing was fixed on it so the technician decided to take it back and up until this day 2 months later it’s not fix or anything I’m still waiting on feed back but all I have to do is call them instead of them calling me ... which isn’t fair ...

I need my tv Back I’m officially on holiday and the kids has nothing so what must I do ?

I have read so much complaints on this site that was posted today and it all seems to be the same issue is there anything we can do to get outr tv fixed or whatever don’t give warranties if you can’t fix it ...
