mis-selling

I bought a hisense phone at game vanderbijlpark and recently my phone said it was out of memory i then checked on my storage only to find the built in memory is not what was on the box of the phone its less memory on the phone than what written on the box unfortunately i was told i need to speak to hisense direct i send them a message n left my email its two weeks later still no reply. I feel i was mis- sold the product n i paid for an 8 gb phone instead i got less memory. I think hisense has mislead me into believing i was getting a great deal but now i don't think i have the confidence in their products anymore. I must say im disappointed that no one has called me even to day to even give or provide me with an explanation.
