Manufacturing problem

We bought a dishwashee and the bottom tray is rusting. We were told its not covered by the guarantee even tho we only use your recommended products in it. Now we buy a new one for over R1000???

I saw on hellopeter/facebook of many people complaining about the same issue. Obviously is a manufacturing issue but you dpnt want to take accountability?
