Manager/boss

Good Day <br> <br> To whom it may concern, I have a complain regarding the manager/boss of the Durban branch. I worked for months in the complex, everyday i used to walk pass and I could hear the manager/boss using language on his staff. Now I see he lost staff and very fast he replaced them, but one thing the service the old staff had will not be replaced. I don&apos;t think anyone knows the way he treats his staff. I don&apos;t think anyone even complained about his swearing which is beyond control and he has no right to swear another&apos;s man child like that. I literally feel bad for the staff, I&apos;m glad that i don&apos;t see some of the staff not working there anymore but I also feel sorry for them because maybe some of them are sitting without jobs. The manager/boss doesn&apos;t appreciate good people. Can someone please take action regarding this, it is so hard to get jobs and managers/boss can&apos;t appreciate they staff. They only worried about themselves because money is going into they pocket what about the others. Please look into this matter. Please help another soul, jobs are not easy.
