Malwere preinstalled

I have complained via their website regarding their preinstalled malwere called Fotaprovider which auto installs apps like coordinator, daily hunt, etc which ****s my data allowances. Some days it auto installs every time my mobile data is switched on. The only way to eliminate Fotaprovider is to root the device, which would render the warranty on the device as void. They haven't bothered to respond to me as this is unacceptable and annoying. I will never purchase another Hisense product again. I have eben factory reset my phone, and its still there, which cost me more data to download my apps and files from cloud in vain.
