Makro Woodmead and Hisense !!

I bought a fridge at Makro Woodmead. And I have been emailing them back and forth trying to order the part because they refused when I claimed from them as this was delivered broken !!! ok no problem, i will pay for the part. but can I at least get some descent service from Makro and Hisense ? and get a quotation and pay for the ****** part and have it ordered !! Hisense Spares Department and (Lillian Khuzwayo) at credit department have been ignoring my email request!! can I please have someone to look at this so I can order my part !!
