Makro Montague Gardens Milnerton/ Hisense!
Bought a Hisense 2.1 sound bar for R3999 @ Makro on 07/07/2021 today the sound bar is faulty I called the Makro store 7 (Including the head office) times today.
On the calls it was explained that the warranty has ended but I can go to Makro and book the sound bar to be fixed. Fine I just come from Makro Montague Gardens Milnerton and to tell you I came back with the sound bar.
Imagine paying R3999 for a sound bar that is faulty after 2 years!!!! Hisense needs to make a plan my mother has a JBL sound bar that was bought in 2019 cheaper than the Hisense sound bar but her JBL is perfectly working fine.
Hisense /Makro I want my money back!!! so that I can go and buy JBL sound bar.

09 May 2024, 11:51I recently spoke with the Hisense call center to inquire about their "Hisense" policy of not replacing sound bars. My question has been escalated: How can a manufacturer produce a sound bar or bars that they are unable to repair? They really ought to take action about my sound bar because it is a complete **** to pay R4k for a product that the manufacturer does not repair. HS219 is the model.
If I had known that this would happen, I never would have purchased the sound system; instead, I should have gone with the JBL.
