Makro and Hisense bad sevice

I bought a 34 cm TV from Makro late last year in September this morning when I switch it on it give me different colours on the screen green red and blue ithan took it back to Makro where I bought the TV and the consultant inform me that Hisense will not fix the TV it's better I buy a new one the than switch on the TV and say that I must take it back with me I have lost even though the TV is under guarantee cause there is a crack on the TV ..I ask the lady to show me the crack cause I watch TV last night and every thing was ok she than say that I had to pay for the repairs myself 😭 my question what happened to the guarantee iam not happy with Makro cause it's for the second time I don't get customer service from them and the consultant did not mansion anything about it to me when I buy the tv
