Lousy service and customer relations

Bought a 50” tv from them 4 months ago and have nothing but problems with it from the get go and when taking it back got told it has to go for service or they’ll send a technician out and send you a form to fill out that asks the stupidest questions and even proof of purchase which I find amazing , the tv has been out only a short while and I’m not filling out that form it’s their mess up and then service put the phone down to boot and all managers are not available so I guess they’re hiding away because they know it’s a ******* tv
