Lost confidence in the brand...

I bought Hisence fridge last year October at game store...

The fridge was repaired twice already by their technicians..who confirmed that there is a factory fault

Today I’m sitting with rotten food because the same fridge is not working...I tried calling and sending emails to customer service fruitless...😞😞
