Lint Filter broke for the 4th Time!! Dumb apparatus!!
Hi, I sent an Enquiry last week Tuesday. Sent 4 emails since to *** WTJD802T HiSense Top Loader
NO REPLY!! This is my 4th time replacing the same item!!!!!
Do you acertain a professional that is able to respond to the product enquiry as it is your brand!!
I tried calling. To no avail!!
I await correspondence on the inferior product failure and resolution!!

29 Jul 2023, 19:07After many LAME replies, the resolution that was given to me was to pay R190 to deliver the 4th piece of material/filter.
This low quality filter material is about 3cm by 2cm and weighs the same as a feather!!
Taking into consideration, this part is costing about fee AND I will have to replace it again in the next 12 months.
This is a revolting joke and a *******!!
This customer service is so derogatory!!
You manufacture DEFECT pieces, I pay in full and this is the scathing treatment.
Sick!!
