I am most upset with Hisence. We are retired people and bought a Hiscence TV in March 2020. It has stopped working and when we took it in for repair we were told the part is no longer available. I have gone through to the call centre and asked them to put me onto a senior person so that I can discuss this, as we cannot afford a new TV, and I am still waiting for someone to get back to me. I find this service quite appalling
