*** SERVICE AND POOR COMMUNICATION WITH REGARDS TO FEEDBACK !

I would like someone to assist me with this idiots I am now highly ****ed off and all they ever did was disappoint me with their response and delays in keeping me posted. Below are the emails that I have thus far sent them. I want my money back and I want it now!!! I would like someone incharge to contact me with regards to this matter you guys don't even deserve one star so bad your service is I am waiting now for almost 2months for them to solve this problem with regards to my smart Hisense 55inch TV....

Can anybody Please Contact Me Urgent tried to phone customer service they don't answer their phones *** why still have a service like that .My TV went in for the 2nd time for repair and I'm ****ed at this pathetic service I want a REFUND FOR MY TV CAN'T DEAL WITH UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE. PHONE ME URGENT MR.ONTONG *** The call centre is a bunch of *********** *******s that have no way to deal with customers and have no way of speaking to the clients including HI FI CORP IN KC their customer service is putrid and ***!

I want this matter sorted out now or else I will go and make a big scene at this place and take this matter further, I would recommend NO ONE to purchase anything from them neither from Hisense because this is now the second time I'm having to get such horrible customer service from both of them! And just keep in mind they quick to make a CASH SALE! BUT CANT KEEP TO THEIR WORD!
