What horrible experience!!! They came to fix my stove 3 months ago.... Had to log a call 2 weeks ago . I wanted a swop out but they said no.... They fixed it.....well that is what you think.... It has just caught on fire in front of my son who was sitting at the counter which is just in front of my stove.... So what does hisence want from me.... My house to burn down or one of my kids to die to replace my stove...... I need some form of service
