Is it that hard to get a spare part?

I tried for a quite a long time before actually getting the right part. A simple detergent drawer with the cover. From getting the wrong quote, to Hisense accepting the wrong quote, and then having nobody know what is going on. One says we're allocating the payment, one says the wrong quote was accepted. When I finally got my order, it was so filthy I couldn't believe it. Also, the team still thinks as from today they need to deliver something when it was delivered yesterday. Extremely poor service and another negative light shed in the general poor service delivery in SA.
